You will have to make it an early open if you want to serve all of us hungry government types.
Huevos rancheros, huevos chorizo scrambled, jalapeno corn cakes, torttilla chili quiche, fratata, etc.

Hey how about some chilaquiles for breakfast? Would LOVE a good late breakfast/brunch place on weekend.

    No weekends? wasted opportunity…

Weekend breakfast is coming; it’s harder than one might think to add a whole new meal to the menu. For that reason, we’re taking baby steps, making sure we have all our breakfast dishes dialed in completely during the slower weekday hours. Once we feel comfortable with weekdays, we plan to re-work schedules, menus, and more, and slowly include weekend brunch. Thanks for your comment.

We need a great place like yours open for brunch on week-ends! huevos rancheros, huevos con salsa verde o con chorizo, chilaquiles, machaca y breakfast burritos… y vamos ya!

Please, please do weekend breakfast. Many of us can’t do weekday breakfast but would love to come on weekends. And please open earlier than brunch places!

    best,
    Libbie
