It’s in the new/old part of downtown – meaning the part that used to be nice but was a wasteland for a while and now is being built up again. The restaurant is great! They have a super selection of margaritas and other tasty drinks – I had the “Buccaneer” (rum, sugar cane syrup, and some other stuff). For dinner I had the “spring vegetable and soy “Mofongo” – I am still unclear as to why Mofongo is in quotation marks (any thoughts?). It was AMAZING!!! And my meat-loving boyfriend even conceded that my dinner was better than his big piece-o-meat! Now I’m keen to recreate the dish – any suggestions for Mofongo recipes?! Please and thanks! [...]
